We are pleased to inform you that the Faculty of Corporate Training and Development (FCTD) LLP, New Delhi is organizing a non-residential two-day training program on “Developing Managerial skills for Higher Productivity," on 18-19 July, 2024 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
It is an intensive program intended to increase the performance of your executives thereby favourably impacting the working environment in your organisation.
In the past, this MDP program conducted by FCTD received an overwhelming response having participants from reputed organisations from Public, Government and Private sector. Encouraged by the outcome of the program FCTD conducts this program again this year and the program brochure is enclosed.
Salient Features of This Program
- Contents - The 5 Winning Habits of high achievers, Building emotional intelligence at the workplace, Developing 360 degree Inter-personal relationship model and dynamics of working collaboratively in teams. These topics are finalized based on the feedback gathered from many senior corporate leaders, participants of our earlier organized training programs and the literature review;
- Methodology to be adopted would largely involve case-based discussions, management games, exercises, feedback through psychological tests; and
- Non-negotiable emphasis would be drawing a Personal Development Plan for work-life effectiveness.
