“Developing Yourself for Managerial Excellence” (DYME’22)
The Two-day MDP on ‘Developing Yourself for Managerial Excellence’ organized on 24-25 February, 2022 received an overwhelming response from the corporates for which we are grateful. However, we could not accommodate a number of participants nominated and had to advise them to confirm their registrations for the next batch to be repeated shortly.
Faculty of Corporate Training and Development (FCTD) LLP, New Delhi is going to repeat this most popular two-day program on ‘Developing Yourself for Managerial Excellence’ on 24-25 March, 2022 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi. It is an intensive program aimed at facilitating the participants develop their core competencies for managerial roles for achieving higher levels of performance.
“Developing Yourself for Managerial Excellence”
Dear All,
We are pleased to share with you that we concluded our two-day MDP (Post Covid) ‘Developing Yourself for Managerial Excellence’ held on 24 & 25 February at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
The Programme saw active participation with 41 participants from 13 companies including ONGC Videsh, CPWD, NTPC, GSFC from Gujarat, IRCTC, Coir Board, SKF, Rico Auto Industries, Punjab National Bank, TCIL, and others.
The Programme started off with participants actively engaging in micro labs, discussions, honest reviews and self-assessment tests and lectures on topics like Building an attitude for excellence, Five high performing habits for managing self and Goal Setting and Goal Getting on Day one.
The MDP continued, on its second day, with case discussion, case presentation and games themed on Emotional Intelligence at Workplace, Developing 360-degree relationships for Higher Performance and Working Collaboratively in Teams.
It was indeed our delight to conduct such training to help executives bounce back with a resilient attitude and give them some practical strategies to achieve personal and professional excellence. Hope to reach out to you with our forthcoming programs soon.

We feel happy to share that we have concluded another batch of our Premium MDP ‘Developing yourself for Managerial excellence’ held on 24th and 25th March ’22 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
Active participation and engagement is what sets our MDPs apart. The program saw participation from senior executives from ONGC, NCRTC, NTPC, Prasar Bharti, MPPVVKCL amongst other reputable organizations.
The program started off with engagements like Self Assessment Tests, Case Presentation, Management Games and Action Plans focused on Building a Positive Mindset, Five High Performing habits to managing self, Goal setting and Goal getting on the Day One.
